Copper specimens from this mine are not commonly available. This specimen consists of a large number of well formed crystals. Many of the crystals are elongated, a habit sometimes seen from the mines in Ontonagon County. There is a small amount of clear to white Quartz crystals attached to the Copper. Many are small broken crystals. There are a few sections of clear Quartz with included Copper. It appears as if the specimen has been recently cleaned and was likely collected recently from the dumps.
