For this location, both the size of the crystals and the otherall size of the specimen is particularly large. The color of the Adamite on this specimen varies from light straw yellow to almost white. The two different colors correspond with a difference in crystal habit. The more yellow material is composed of sprays of glassy crystals and the white material is composed of rounded masses of crystals. Interestingly, when exposed to UV SW, the yellow crystals do fluoresce green but the white material does not. The specimen is in very good condition with no appreciable damage.
