Marialite is the Sodium end member of the Scapolite series. This specimen is gemmy and lustrous. The color is a pale yellow color. The termination is complete, in very good condtion and comes to a rounded point. There are recessed areas on the sides with flat, glassy surfaces and conchoidal ends which appear to be cleavages.
