There are three forms of Adamite on this specimen. On the edge of the specimen. there is a line of larger crystals which are a very attractive green color due to the presence of Copper. A few of these crystals are double terminated. The largest is over 1 cm in length. Within the end the vug, there is a hemisphere composed of crystals with a slightly richer/darker green color with flat/curved terminations. Next to this hemisphere, there are numerous small yellow colored crystals which are quite gemmy. All of the Adamite has a good luster especially the small yellow crystals. The Adamite fluoresces green under SW UV. The specimen is in good condition; however the green crystals on the end furthest from the hemisphere are incomplete on their sides.
