A single double terminated Epidote crystal which exhibits pleochorism which exhibits both an olive green color and reddish brown color. One side of the crystal is flat and extends the length of the specimen. Both terminations are sharply angled with striated faces. One of the terminations also has lighter olive green colored sub crystals. The crystal is generally opaque but when back lit gemmy sections are visible some of which are green and sub of which are reddish/brown. There is also an unidentified brighter green material on the shorter side of the crystal. The specimen is in very good condition with no appreciable damage.
