This specimen has super lustrous small bladed crystals of Hematite for which this location is famous. The Hematite crystals are located both in a vug lined with Quartz crystals and at the other end of the specimen. The Quartz crystals also have a high luster and are clear to milky white. The matrix is composed of massive reddish brown Hematite with areas covered with smaller specular Hematite crystals. The specimen is in very good condition with no appreciable damage.
