Rare hopper growth psuedohexagonal Witherite crystals are perched on Barite with a scalloped structure. There was just one small find of these hopper crystals behind the ventilation motors of the Minerva Mine. On the opposite side from the Witherite, in the bottom of two of the scallops, there are small white crystals of Alstonite. The color of the Witherite and the Barite is slightly off-white. There is also small cubic Fluorite crystals embedded in the Barite some of which are zoned purple, blue and yellow. There are also small dark colored micro crystals of an unidentified sulfide.
The specimen is in very good condition with the exception of a couple of very minor bruises on the edges of the Witherite. Also, one of the small Fluorite crystals is cleaved.
