This is a classic pseudomorph from Zacatecas. There are quite a few of the pseudomorphed crystals scattered across the specimen. The larger ones are about 7 mm across. There are micro Pyrite crystals covering much of the specimen, some with a red tarnish. I am looking at the specimen right now and it is sitting in a patch of sunlight and there is lots of sparkle. There are also small Quartz crystals; Calcite and Galena makes up most of the matrix. The specimen is in very good condition with none of the pseudmorphed crystals broken. only damage is a small patch on the far right side where the Galena is showing through.
