A spherical aggregate of off white colored Siderite crystals with clear Quartz crystals protruding. Specimens from this location are seldom available. This was an early placer gold mine which operated from the 1880s until 1938 and completely covered over in 1988 due to reclamation.
The specimen is in very good condition however, the Quartz crystal near the base is loose.
