A solid mass of radiating, bladed crystals of Vivianite. The bottom and two of the sides have an unusual curved surface. The specimen is from a classic find some time ago during construction of a road and tunnel. The specimens were encased in clay. The color is black with some iron oxide staining.
Condition: Fairly Good
Flaws: The specimens has darkened with age and is a bit crumbly and small crumbs fall from the specimen when handled.
