Quite unusual Quartz pseudomorphs after Calcite, it appears the Quartz formed a thin layer over the Calcite which was subsequently dissolved by acidic fluids. This left hollow casts after Calcite many of which are incomplete allowing a view into the interior. Orange/brown colored microcrystals of Mottramite grew upon the surfaces of the cases. Pale green, crudely formed octahedral Fluorite crystals on the surfaces and in the interiors of the casts.
Condition: Good
Flaws: There are a number of broken surfaces on the Quartz pseudomorphs.
