Sr(Mn,Y,U)Fe2(Ti,Fe,Cr,V)18(O,OH)38
Small crystals of lead bearing Crichtonite and scattered across the surface of heavily included Quartz. There is only larger Crichtonite crystals but it is crudely formed and may be partially damaged. After examination of the cleaved side of the Quartz, it can be conjectured that much of the gray color is due to micro inclusions of more Crichtonite which form a layer up to 6 mm in depth. Below this layer, the Quartz is quite transparent and glassy looking and contains other inclusions. The Quartz on the surface with the Crichtonite crystals has a high luster which is directional when viewed.
Condition: Good
Flaws: The largest crystal may either be incomplete or just crudely formed.
