Marcasite crystals cover two Calcite crystals. The coverage is complete with the exception of one face on each Calcite crystal. The Marcasite crystals are well formed with a metallic luster. The color of the Marcasite has a slight green tint. There are also later growth Calcite crystals which in places grew upon the Marcasite. The matrix is composed of layers of Calcite and Marcasite. The bottom of the specimen is a cast after an unidentified material.
Condition: Good
Flaws: The Calcite is cleaved in places. The Marcasite is in excellent condition.
