Ex. E. Morales from E. Schlepp, Detroit Show, Oct. 1981
This specimen is a classic example of Wulfenite on Tennantite from Tsumeb. The Wulfenite crystals are semi gemmy, have a very high, glassy luster and are a rich caramel/amber color. The crystals are well formed, relatively thin with beveled edges and have an elongated rectangular habit. The Tennantite is matte dark gray and composed of many, small crystals. A few of the Wulfenite crystals are dark gray with inclusions of Tennantite.
Condition: Good
Flaws: A couple of the crystals have some chipping on a corner.
