There are a number of small, light colored Amethyst crystals which have grown on the surface of Sphalerite and Galena crystals. The Sphalerite is semi gemmy and ranges in color from red tinted brown to green tinted brown similar to some Spanish Sphalerites. The Sphalerite has a high greasy luster. The Amethyst contrasts nicely in color with the Sphalerite and Galena.

Condition: Good

Flaws: Some of the Quartz crystals are incomplete. There are a few places where there are internal cleaves within the Sphalerite which causes the light to be transmitted in such a way to make the Sphalerite glow with more intense color. Along the bottom edges of the sides of the specimen, some of the Sphalerite crystals are incomplete.
